All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold unless otherwise stated by Bloom.

If multiple tickets are purchased in a single order, the entire group must arrive together. For example, if you purchase three tickets, all three guests must be present and ready to enter the venue at the same time. Individual members of the group will not be admitted separately, and entry cannot be split across different arrival times.

Please coordinate with everyone in your group before arriving, as Bloom cannot guarantee entry for late or separately arriving guests. The original purchaser may also be asked to present the order confirmation and valid photo identification at the door.
